Up for sale I have a used
vintage Ambrosio Champion handlebar and stem
from the 1950s / early 1960s.
In good condition, visible scratches and scuffs, see photos.
Most of the scratches caused by brake lever clamps are in the lower drops (easily covered by bar wrap).
What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive.
No attempt has been made to polish and/or restore this stem & handlebar combo. There's rust on stem bolt.

34cm c-t-c (approx 13 1/4" center to center). This is rare narrow size.
